In 2009, Wear the Earth is looking closely at our Carbon Footprint.  We are working to find vendors and designers that offer drop-ship services to our customers.  That means we eliminate an entire leg of shipping to our facility and ship directly to you, the customer.  This will also allow us to offer some of our products at new lower prices.

At Wear the Earth we have put a great deal of energy into finding companies that practice fair labor & sweat-shop free Philosophies for sustainable living.  This will continue to be our standard as we explore new and exciting companies.

We carry products made in the USA, China, Ethiopia and the Philippines. It is our goal, as a retailer, to offer the highest quality products made by fairly paid workers regardless of whether the garments are manufactured in the USA or elsewhere.

The Designers we work with have established relationships with contractors who share and/or accept their social and environmental standards and operate according to the principles of Fair Labor working conditions and have spent years solidifying these relationships. They practice fairness toward all those involved in the entire production chain from farming to distribution.
